Calling all bloggers!

So, awhile back blogspot changed a bunch of settings and things on the website. I can't figure a single thing out! I can't find how to change the settings on the display on my page, a place to add the music clip or counters, change my background except for the options provided in the site, and a few other things that make my blog mine. If you have any pointers, let me know!
