Differences between Miss and Mrs.

It is not uncommon for people to slip and call me different names. Some of them include Mom, Grandma, Dad and Miss Penny (the classroom aide). One of the things people call me is Mrs. Christensen. This is an easy mistake to make, but certainly not one I appreciate very much. I am single, not married, not even close to being married. I don't want that impression being sent to people. The difference between Miss and Mrs. may only be a few little letters on paper, but those few little letters are a prime factor in what type of companionship I have from now and forever.
